Over 500 precious artworks on display in Beijing

BEIJING -- An exhibition featuring over 500 pieces of artwork from art museums across China is currently underway at the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC) in Beijing.
The artworks on display encompass a wide range of mediums, including Chinese paintings, oil paintings, prints, watercolors, sculptures, mixed-media art and calligraphy.
These works come from 15 art museums in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shaanxi, Hubei and Zhejiang, all precious collections with distinctive regional artistic characteristics.
The exhibition, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the NAMOC, will be open to the public until April 1.
