Heilongjiang thanks tourists for a thriving tourism year in 2023

To wrap up a thriving and vibrant tourism year, the Heilongjiang Provincial Tourism Work Joint Conference Office released a thank you letter on the last day of the year. The letter expresses gratitude for all domestic and overseas tourists who spent time in the province in 2023.
The northernmost province has become the top domestic travel destination this winter despite freezing weather.
"Thanks for your enthusiastic visits to magnificent and beautiful Heilongjiang," the letter said. "Tourists' tracks in the Harbin Ice and Snow World, the Snow Town, the Yabuli Ski Resort and China's northernmost Mohe have created a beautiful landscape of the province."
"Thanks for your valuable suggestions. At the beginning of the ice and snow season, we launched related policies to improve the service for all tourists. However, we also know that the tourism management service is endless, and we need to do more to make it better. So, we attach great importance to the criticism, opinions and suggestions that you give us via the 12345 hotline and social media platforms. After verifying, we will research, improve and solve them in a timely manner," the letter said.
