Dalian Kindergarten transforms playground into enchanting snow maze
A kindergarten in Dalian, Liaoning province, has recently transformed its playground, which covers an area of over 7,300 square meters, into a creative snow maze after a heavy snowfall.
The teachers at the Longtang Central Kindergarten in the Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone used the snow as their canvas and shovels as their brushes to design the maze, allowing the children to enjoy the pleasures of playing in the snow.
According to Chen Juan, principal of the kindergarten, the teachers jointly created the maze design. Through several iterations, they finalized a plan that maximized the use of the available space while ensuring the safety of the children.
The excited children showed great care and respect for the maze. They ran through the passages, making every effort not to step on the snow, said Chen.
When encountering other children from the opposite direction, they practiced mutual respect and consideration. Instead of stepping on the snow and damaging the maze, they politely made way for each other or turned around to choose an alternative route to continue their game.
