Watch a red fox search for food in the snow in Ningxia

On Thursday, cameras captured a red fox searching for food at the snow-covered Helan Mountains National Forest Park in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

The fox is an example of the rich biodiversity of the area. Ningxia promotes ecological protection of the mountains by restricting or stopping grazing activities by herders and prohibiting or limiting human activities as it carries out afforestation efforts. The populations of plants and animals there have increased significantly.
