Guest countries of honor showcase their strengths

South Africa
In order to showcase South Africa as a country with diverse cultures, languages, races, beliefs and harmonious exchanges, the designers created an irregular top lintel for its pavilion. The design of this lintel is derived from the South African flag. The continuation of the Y-shape also symbolizes progress toward a mutually beneficial and fair entrance into the Chinese market.
The main color scheme of the booth is yellow, depicting South Africa's rich natural resources such as minerals. Another color is black, representing the indigenous people of this land. White, on the other hand, signifies peace and harmony.
The pavilion has been divided into three main areas: a reception and public area, an exhibition area and a demonstration and roadshow area. These areas can be distinguished through the flooring and architectural decorations, allowing visitors to easily locate and access a desired area upon entering the exhibition zone.
