Rescue personnel dispatched to aid Hebei city

The National Fire and Rescue Administration dispatched 500 firefighters and 76 boats from the Shandong provincial fire rescue corps on Wednesday to provide assistance in Zhuozhou, Hebei province.
Heavy rainfall and flooding in Zhuozhou have washed away residential facilities in mountain villages and submerged urban areas. More than 100,000 people have been affected and distress calls for help continue to pour in.
On Tuesday, the Hebei provincial fire rescue corps sent 543 firefighters from six different units to assist rescue efforts in Zhuozhou.
