Zhengzhou lifts flood alert but remains on guard

Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, lifted its level-III emergency response for flooding on Wednesday at noon.
The city issued a red alert for heavy rains on Tuesday night as a town in the city's Zhengdong new area reached a staggering 90.2 millimeters in three hours, according to the city's meteorological authorities.
