French scholar: BRI sets example in human rights improvement

Jean-Pierre Page, the editor-in-chief of French magazine Pensée Libre, said the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative has set an example in improving global human rights, and has boosted economic exchanges between China and Europe.
"China is not only speaking about its vision of building a human community of common destiny, it acts also," Page said.
