June 17, 2023 -- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights emphasized that all human rights should be protected and human rights are for everyone, and that’s what we are continuously striving for, said Eduardo Klinger Pevida, director of the Center for Analysis and Studies on China and Asia and a member of the Academy of Sciences of the Dominican Republic.

The holding of this forum is a good opportunity for people from different countries to communicate and discuss about the human rights development. Also it’s a necessity for people from other developing countries like the Latin American countries to come to China to see the achievement of China’s poverty elimination work and to know the reality of China, he added.
