Morning blast rocks community in Changchun

No injuries were reported after an explosion in the Jingyue High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Changchun, Jilin province, on Monday morning, the local government said.
The blast occurred at 5:02 am in a restaurant in a residential community.
An online video published by Jimu News, a news portal of Chutian Metropolis Daily in Hubei province, showed that part of a four-story building had collapsed and some nearby vehicles were damaged.
Rescue teams arrived at the site shortly after the blast. An investigation is underway about the incident's cause.
