Rescue underway after two-story building collapses in E China

A rescue operation is underway after a two-story residential building collapsed in Wuxi city, East China's Jiangsu province, on Tuesday morning.
Explosions were reportedly heard at the crash site in the city's Binhu District.
There are no reports of casualties so far.
