Fourteen students and one teacher were killed in a shooting Tuesday at a Texas elementary school, confirmed by local law enforcement and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The suspected shooter, who is 18 and might have had a handgun and rifle, was fatally wounded by responding police.
