Volunteers help with grape harvest, wine production in Ningxia

Autumn is a season for grape picking and wine making in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Yinchuan city, Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region. During this busy time, some vineyards take on volunteers to help their work, as Jade Vineyard started to do this year.
Volunteers can take part in grape picking, and wine making so they can have a better understanding of wine making techniques.
The volunteers, from all around China, gather in the vineyard away from the city. They labor in the daytime and enjoy the evening in the foothills of the Helan Mountains with food, wine and the starry night sky.
