State railway offers free ticket returns to discourage travel

China's railway regulator is offering a free ticket return policy to discourage travel as COVID-19 cases emerged in some cities recently, China State Railway Group said on Tuesday.
The railway operator also urged passengers to get information on epidemic control policies at their departure points and destinations in advance.
Travelers are required to wear face masks and are encouraged to their wash hands more frequently during trips.
