Chinese mainland reports 1 new locally transmitted COVID-19 case

BEIJING - The Chinese mainland on Friday reported one new locally transmitted COVID-19 case in Guangdong Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Saturday.
The same day also saw nine new imported cases on the mainland. Of them, five were reported in Guangdong, two in Sichuan, and one each in Liaoning and Shanghai.
Two new suspected cases and no new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported Friday, the commission said.
