1.4 mln legal aid cases settled in China in 2020

BEIJING -- China's legal aid agencies resolved nearly 1.4 million cases in 2020, benefiting more than 2.16 million people in need, the Ministry of Justice has said.
Last year also saw more than 480,000 legal aid cases involving migrant workers accepted across the country, and 110,000 cases involving minors, said the ministry.
Legal aid agencies nationwide provided around 15 million consultation services to the public last year, the ministry added.
