Li Ruizhi, a community worker in Shijiazhuang, North China's Hebei province, passed away Thursday when organizing residents in the city's Xinhua district to receive nucleic acid tests for COVID-19.

Li, 55, was in charge of the community's social security affairs. She volunteered to register residents' information and maintain order at a site where nucleic acid tests were given when the city rolled out citywide tests on Wednesday.
