Xi to deliver speech at climate summit

President Xi Jinping will deliver a speech at Climate Ambition Summit via video link on Saturday, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced on Friday.
In September, Xi said at the UN General Assembly that China aims to have CO2 emissions peak before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.
