HK should use 'one country, two systems' principle to attract talent

Alfred Sit Wing-hang, Secretary for Innovation and Technology of HKSAR, told China Daily on Friday that it's important for Hong Kong, the most international city in the country, to use the advantages of the "one country, two systems" principle to attract professionals from overseas.
The SAR government will expand its admission programs for professionals in the coming years to build up the talent pool and thereby sustain the city's innovation and technology development, Sit said.
