US sanctions on HK slammed

The latest US sanctions on the Special Administrative Region were "unscrupulous" and "barbarous", Holden Chow Ho-ding, vice chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, said at a rally near the US Consulate General, Hong Kong and Macao.
