Students in Tibetan school learn new skills

Students in Tibetan Middle School of Luqu county, Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Northwest China’s Gansu province are taking interest lessons on Saturday, including traditional Tibetan dance, the traditional Tibetan musical instrument Mandolin, Thangka painting, robots building, piano, soccer, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, martial arts, Chinese and Tibetan calligraphy, Chinese poetry recital, and so on. They usually have interest lessons on weekdays and Saturdays. Both the girls’ and boys’ soccer teams won the first place in the competition across the prefecture in 2018.
