CHANGCHUN -- Zhang Zhijun was appointed deputy mayor and acting mayor of Changchun, capital of northeast China's Jilin province, on Wednesday.
The appointment was made at a session of the Standing Committee of the 15th Changchun Municipal People's Congress, which is the local legislature.
