Luo Fei, deputy general manager of Wushang Plaza Shopping Center, said that the center, including all products, had been disinfected before opening and all staff took part in a rehearsal three days in advance.
"All staff in shopping malls should wear face masks and we set temperature detection spots at the entrance," Luo said.
All customers should follow protective procedures, wear masks and show a health certificate before entering shopping malls, she added.
