Qinghai hits milestone in contagion fight

On Friday morning, the last two people who had been hospitalized with the novel coronavirus in Qinghai province recovered after treatment and were discharged from a hospital in Xining, capital of the province, where 33 people are still under medical observation.
The two people's infections were confirmed on Feb 2 and Feb 4, respectively, and both of them were in serious condition.
Since the outbreak, there have been 18 confirmed cases in Qinghai, and all of them have since recovered following treatment.
So far, a total of 437 close contacts with the infected have been traced down, and 404 people have been released from medical observation in the province.
