The World Health Organization's director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has called for the world to unite and fight the new coronavirus-caused disease together.
Tedros praised Cambodia for allowing the Westerdam cruise ship to dock, saying it was a good example of "international solidarity". The ship, carrying over 2000 people, had been rejected by five ports previously.
"Outbreaks can bring out the best and worst in people," he added.
