After more than six months of reconstruction, Notre Dame Cathedral still has a risk of collapsing.
A fire destroyed the roof and the spire of the Paris landmark. According to the cathedral's rector Patrick Chauvet, the scaffolding around the spire needs to be removed or there will be a 50 percent chance it will fall.
