Jeremy Lin scored his CBA career-high 36 points as Beijing Ducks eased past Guangzhou Long Lions 109-86 in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league here on Tuesday.

Lin scored a game-high 36 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and dished out six assists for Beijing. Andrew Nicholson had 25 points while Keifer Sykes added 20 for Guangzhou.

After the tip-off, Lin was on fire and he made his first four attempts, gifting Beijing a 27-21 lead into the second quarter.

Beijing then launched a 25-2 run and increased their lead to 59-30 before half-time.

After the break, Nicholson dropped two 3-pointers to inspire Guangzhou an 8-0 spurt. But Beijing held a 20-plus advantage well and led 84-58 into the last quarter.

Guangzhou fought back hard at the beginning of the fourth quarter, only to see Lin hit two consecutive jump shots to clinch the victory for Beijing.
