HK business leader criticizes US passage of HK act

Most members of US Congress have little understanding of the Human Rights and Democracy Act, however, they passed the bill anyway just because it sounds very good to stand against China, said Hong Kong business magnate Allan Zeman. He added that biased reports from Western media also cast Hong Kong's current situation in a very negative light.
