Vincent Law: Investors in Hong Kong become conservative

Many investors in Hong Kong have become conservative, considering the ongoing social unrest in the city and Sino-US trade tensions, said Vincent Law, founder and managing director of Spark Ventures. As an investor, he prefers startups which are capable of surviving and seeking growth not just in Hong Kong, but also in other markets.
