Senior CPC official stresses concrete results of Party education campaign

BEIJING -- A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official on Wednesday called for efforts to secure concrete results of the CPC education campaign themed "staying true to our founding mission."

Yang Xiaodu, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and deputy head of the central leading group of the campaign, made the remarks during a symposium held in Beijing for promoting special rectification during the education campaign.

The rectification work should focus on promoting the implementation of the policies and decisions made by the CPC Central Committee, solving problems of the people's concerns, improving the capacity for governance and receiving public supervision, Yang said.
