President Xi Jinping will attend the second informal meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Chennai, capital of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, and pay a state visit to Nepal, from Friday to Sunday, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced on Wednesday.
