Sixth McHappy Run held in Beijing

The sixth McHappy Run was launched on Aug 24 at Beijing Garden Expo Park, attracting about 10,000 children and parents to support Ronald McDonald House.
The event, held by McDonald's China and supported by the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, aims to raise funds for the daily operation and future construction of Ronald McDonald House through family activities.
Last July, the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities signed an agreement with the National Children's Medical Center (Shanghai), the Shanghai Children's Medical Center affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, to establish the "Ronald McDonald House Love Rooms" at the entrance of the two intensive care units (ICUs) in the hospital.
The move will officially start the operation by the end of this year, and will jointly establish the "Shanghai Ronald McDonald House."
