Former official with China's top court under investigation

BEIJING - Yan Changlin, a former senior supervision official with the Supreme People's Court, is being investigated for suspected serious violations of Party disciplinary rules and laws, according to the country's top anti-graft body Friday.
Yan is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.
