5.0-magnitude quake hits Tibet: CENC

BEIJING, Jan. 20 -- A 5.0-magnitude earthquake jolted Xaitongmoin County in Xigaze City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, at 10:28 p.m. Sunday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at about 30.09 degrees north latitude and 87.77 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 10 km, the center said in a statement.
