Bai, 55, was placed under investigation in April by the CCDI and National Supervisory Commission for serious violations of the Party disciplines and laws.
According to the CCDI, he violated the political disciplines, and resisted the investigation by the anti-graft officials. He also engaged in superstitious activities.
Earlier this month, the CCDI released a video of Bai regretting his crimes.
"I hope other Party members will learn lessons from my case and remember: When you are an official, you can't make a fortune; or if you want to make fortune, you can't be an official," he said.
Last week, Bai was expelled from the Party and removed from public office for multiple offenses, including accepting bribes.
