Wang Wentao elected governor of Heilongjiang province

HARBIN - Wang Wentao was elected governor of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province on Tuesday.
The election was held at the second session of the 13th Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress.
Wang was born in Nantong, Jiangsu province in 1964. He was appointed vice governor and acting governor of Heilongjiang in March.
