Henan, Qinghai have new Party chiefs

BEIJING - Wang Guosheng has been appointed as the secretary of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Xie Fuzhan, according to a recent decision of the CPC Central Committee.
Wang Guosheng was Party chief of Qinghai province before being replaced by Wang Jianjun, said the decision, which was announced Wednesday.
