Jiang Chaoliang elected as Party chief of Hubei

WUHAN -- Jiang Chaoliang was elected secretary of Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Thursday.
Jiang was elected to the post at the first plenary session of the 11th CPC Hubei provincial committee.
Wang Xiaodong and Chen Yixin were both elected deputy Party chief of Hubei at the same session.
