March 12, 1993: Wang Zhen dies at 85

On March 12, 1993, Wang Zhen died of illness in Guangzhou at the age of 85. The Obituary said he was a great proletarian revolutionist, statesman, military strategist, staunch Marxist, and an outstanding leader of the Party and country.
