5.1-magnitude quake hits east Japan

HONG KONG - An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted off the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 19: 49:15 GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 21.30 km, was initially determined to be at 36.6025 degrees north latitude and 142.5117 degrees east longitude.
