Seasonally inspired fine dining

China Daily | Updated: 2011-12-31 14:30

Chinese New Year diners will savor seasonally inspired cooking at Yi Long Court, The Peninsula Shanghai's award-winning Cantonese restaurant. Between Jan 1 and 22, executive Chinese chef Dicky To will prepare three special menus, featuring sumptuous dishes, including slow braised Australian abalone in oyster sauce served with asparagus, coddled sliced marble grade beef served with soy sauce and poached Canton choi sum, and roasted duck breast and marinated pig's knuckle with spicy sauce. The Yi Long Court Chinese New Year set menus are priced at 680 yuan, 880 yuan and 1,380 yuan per person, plus 15 percent surcharge.
