With the development of the night economy, holiday homes in Chengdu are favored by more tourists. The "Night Tour to Jinjiang" project, for example, creates an in-depth tourism experience that stretches 1,500 meters along the Jinjiang River, the mother river in Chengdu that passes through the city. The nighttime tour attracts tourists to stay in holiday homes on the riverside to experience Chengdu's nightlife and beautiful night views.
In Chengdu's suburban districts, such as Wenjiang, Pidu and Longquanyi, tourists choose to live in holiday homes to experience the authentic rural lifestyle. In the outer suburbs of Dujiangyan and Pengzhou, holiday homes are built in the forests and mountains and attract tourists to completely relax and learn the methods for keeping good health.
Industry insiders have pointed out that Chengdu is faced with more significant opportunities to develop the holiday home industry. The city is becoming a park city that practices new development concepts, which will bring a substantial improvement to its living environment.
