First GBI 100 Competition launches in Wuxi’s Xishan district

After the ceremony, 6+2 high-quality science and innovation projects, selected from among the competing projects, were showcased at a roadshow.

This year's competition focuses on current industry development trends and the world's most cutting-edge technologies. Themes include "global linkage, frontier focus, CBT 100 investment, and transformation orientation". The competition is looking to attract projects in four major fields – artificial intelligence and information, life sciences and health, new energy and new materials, and cultural creativity, film and electronic sports.

The competition was sponsored by the Organizing Committee of the GBI 100 Competition and co-sponsored by the CBT 100 Company Forum, the Management Committee of Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Management Committee of Wuxi Xidong New City Business District, Xinjiang Zhongtai Group, Management Committee of Zhangjiagang High-speed Railway New City, Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Research Institute, and Zhongkeluan Semiconductor Technology Research Institute.
