Tian Tao is a co-director of the China Management Research Center at Cambridge Judge Business School, a co-director of the Ruihua Innovative Management Research Institute at Zhejiang University and a senior advisor to many enterprises, including Huawei.

Mr. Tian founded Top Capital magazine in 1991 and has served as the editor in chief since 1996. He has published a Chinese bestseller on Huawei, Will Huawei Be the Next Falling Giant?, which explains Huawei's management philosophies and organisational evolution. He noted Huawei employees showcase the powers of will, innovation, rule, value and judgement, which contribute greatly to the company's success.
