A joint effort of the Siasun Robot and Automation Co Ltd and Xi'an Pinqi Digital Technology, Xiaoxin is the first robot to deal with administrative affairs in Shaanxi province. It marks another innovative step to elevate the service efficiency at the park after the inclusion of weekends as part of working days.

Equipped with the latest laser navigation technique, the robot is able to guide visitors in the hall, sense obstacles and automatically stop within a distance and charge itself.

Xiaoxin can responds to enquiries for useful information such as work procedures, weather and traffic, using a cloud voice database.

The robotic service will be further upgraded to apply to wider fields in Shaanxi, according to Liu Fangying, deputy general manager of Pinqi.

SIASUN, China's leading robot manufacturer, has been dedicated to advanced intelligent manufacturing and robotic technologies. At present, its market capitalization ranks third in the international robotic industry.
