It is an important achievement of Gu'an New Industry City in keeping up with the concept of innovative urban development and constantly seeking new breakthroughs.
The grand park, as a natural and ecological respite in the midst of a growing urban setting, has set numerous recreational activities, water features, and open spaces, drawing visitors to a community-centered open space that uses eco-friendly design for an environmentally friendly impact.
During the construction, China Fortune Land Development Co (CFLD) prioritizes satisfying the demands of users and strictly controls the quality and details to create an ecological and dynamic open park.

Its design fully adopts the integration and sharing concept of the park's bordering area and the urban city. For example, the first oversized mirror square in China is designed and arranged on the roadside of the city, completely open to the city pedestrian streets and serving both the park and the city.
Since 2002, CFLD has invited more than 40 renowned planning masters from nine countries from around the world to contribute to the creation of a forward-looking and innovative pilot zone in Gu'an New Industry City, and the park is a highlight featuring global wisdom.

Highlight design 1 - Water Mirror Square
A 2,400-square-meter water mirror square is set at the entrance of the north side of the park. The pool in the square, covering 1,800 sq m, is 73.2 m in length and 24.6 m in width.
The square is close to the center of the urban city. Consistent with the northern climate, people can enjoy afternoons with their families and friends in the square rather than stay in their air-conditioned rooms avoiding the summer heat.
Highlight design 2 - A dynamic space compatible with the city
Adhering to the development concept of Gu'an New Industry City, the park's innovative planning and design breaks through the boundary limitations. There are a number of functionally-rich shared spaces in the park, including 6,000 sq m of sunny lawns on the east side meeting the requirements of large-scale gatherings for the citizens, a 4000-square-meter forest stage on the west side and a 8,000-square-meter of square on the central Jinxiu Avenue. Apart from it, many covered buildings are set up in a number of small forest spaces, along with Wi-Fi pavilions sprinkled among the open spaces are popular visitor attractions.
Highlight design 3 - Heart of a green ecological urban city
The park is designed with a large area of natural landscapes such as jungles, lawns and lakes via the full utilization of the terrains. The ecological part covers an area of 150,000 sq m, including 10,000 sq m of open lawns and 4,800 sq m of natural lakes.
It adopts natural drainage systems and low-impact development facilities to improve the natural remediation capacity of aquatic ecosystems.
Running and walking paths for physical fitness and casual enjoyment, as well as children's sports venues, are well designed, creating a dynamic park.
The park is a lively, engaging, and a sustainable set of urban landscapes that respond sensitively, in a contemporary manner, to the community's needs.
