Huilongzhuang manor, located in Jiangjin district, Chongqing, is the no.1 manor in Southeast China. It is a large, complex, and well-preserved ancient courtyard-style building.

Situated in the southeast and facing northeast, the manor is made up of many yards. It served as a residence, ancestral hall, and defensive site. It is a typical castle-style manor of the Qing dynasty (1636-1912), and reflects the culture of manors in mountainous area at that time.
The manor covers an area of 21,000 square meters and has two watchtowers, 16 yards, and 18 courtyards. It has a total of 328 stone pillars, 1,084 doors, and 202 houses.
The yellow watchtower is the most attractive building in the manor. It is 38 meters high, making it the highest watchtower in Chongqing.
It cost 20 million yuan over two years to renovate the manor according to the local culture, customs, and scenery. Professional teams renovated it and constructed a parking lot, viewing pavilion, and tourist service center.
Damaged parts of the beams, walls, and sculptures in Huilongzhuang manor were strengthened, repaired, and maintained during the renovation. The manor showcases the culture of Sichuan and Guizhou, elegant architecture, and the spirit of craftsmen.
