HNA Tourism Group Co Ltd (HNA Tourism Group) is a division of the world top 500 HNA Group Co Ltd which owns Hainan Airlines. Its eleven subsidiaries have passed IOSA certification, and Hainan Airlines has been awarded as a five-star airline for seven successive years by SKYTRAX and ranked ninth on the "TOP 10 Best Airlines" list in 2017.

Hotel business: The group is committed to becoming the world's best hotel group. Currently, it has formed a diversified portfolio high-end luxury hotels, business hotels, resorts, express hotels, and property hotels. It operates and is invested in more than 8,200 hotels at home and abroad, with a total number of guest rooms exceeding 1.2 million. It is the owner of the world-renowned Radisson Hotel Group (formerly Carlson Hotels Group), and is the largest shareholder of the Hilton Hotels Group and the NH Hotels Group. It also has shares in the Red Lion Hotels Corporation and the Tsogo Sun Hotel Group, and has acquired Hotel Hilton Tahiti and the St. Regis Hotel.

Tourism business: With outbound tourism as its leading position, the group will comprehensively develop tourism finance and tourism e-commerce, continue to integrate the upstream and downstream resources of the tourism industry, and create a closed-loop tourism product around the consumer consumption value chain. It has more than 280 tourist stores, more than 10,000 high-end tourist products, 1,100 vehicles, and carries  more than 1.6 million passengers annually. It owns the leading brand of the China outbound tourism market, Caesar Tourism, and the domestic financial payment full license service agency. It is built on an aviation + tourism development model, and has successively established some air travel groups with governments of local areas, promoting the development of their tourism industries.

Food business: The group advocates a new healthy eating experience from the air to the ground, strives to become an advocate and spreader of healthy food, and is devoted to creating a "delicious, nutritious and safe" green food group. With the world's largest air catering company, Gategroup, the group's business covers more than 60 countries and regions in the world, and serves more than 300 airlines worldwide, which is a 25 percent share of the global air catering market. The railway food business maintains its leading position in the food group, and provides catering services for 79 percent of high-speed rail in China or nearly 20,000 kilometers throughout the year.

General aviation business: The group is committed to emerging as a world-renowned high-end travel service provider. The main business includes business aviation, helicopter operations, FBO, general aviation MRO, general aviation airports, general aviation industrial parks, financing, training, and clubs. It manages the businesses of Asia's largest business airplane company, and operates and manages more than 80 corporate airplanes. It also explores the travel mode of general aviation + high-end travel, integrates high-end resources such as business airplanes, golf and horse racing, and provides exclusive and high-end tourism products.

Online business: HiApp is a technology company under the HNA Group focused on creating a digital new travel platform. HiApp uses technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to promote combination, innovation and service upgrading of online and offline travel resources to fully meet people's needs. Its service resources cover 380 domestic and foreign airlines, 1.6 million routes, 450,000 hotels, and 65,000 tourism products. Besides, more than 200 MTS specific services can be put online, including luggage couriering, carpooling, boarding/arrival guidance, VIP lounges, quick security check-in, overseas travel passages, and meal reservations, covering the entire range of travel needs from home to destination.

The HNA Tourism Group consciously integrates social responsibility into its development strategy and promotes social harmony with its own practical actions. It jointly organized the "Change for Good" on-board fund-raising activity with UNICEF, and is committed to building public-benefit brand projects.
