Of late, trade frictions between the developed and developing countries, especially China, have increased significantly.

Asian and African countries have been focusing on trade with the European Union and the United States over the past several years, to the benefit of all.

However, Asian and African exports are slowing because of the anti-dumping duties the US and EU are imposing on them. It is time to spread exports to other countries, focus on the domestic market, and get the right price for the products manufactured.

Taking the case of the solar panel industry that is currently being targeted as an example: China can develop solar energy with government support and thereby reduce the country's carbon emissions to the targeted level by 2015. This will also be an opportunity to improve domestic technology in this field and create more job opportunities in this industry.
