Train to take Beijing tourists to Wudang this year

The Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development, Shiyan Municipal People’s Government and China Railway Travel Service (CRTS) recently held a promotion event in Beijing for tourist trains to Wudang Mountains in Shiyan city, Central China’s Hubei province, wudangshan.gov.cn reported on May 8.

Shiyan’s tourist bureau and CRTS will launch the tourist train from Beijing to Shiyan and signed a cooperation contract, which includes organizing at least 15 tours from Beijing to Shiyan city this year.

Zou Weinan, of Beijing’s tourism commission, said the commission will encourage travel agencies in Beijing to treat Shiyan city as a main travel destination.
